BHP Water Supply Corporation offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Payment Online

Save time and money by paying your water bill through our online service at Payclix.com. You can access your account 24/7 and payment is immediate. Click on the "Pay Your Bill Now" box to be redirected to Payclix. To avoid late fee of $15.00 please make payment before 11:00 pm cst on the 10th of each month.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon to PO Box 370, Royse City, Tx 75189.  To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. Payment must be received in our office by the 10th of each month to avoid a $15.00 late fee. BHP is not responsible for the delivery of mail and late fees will not be waived due to postal delays.

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Authorization Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.

Payment Drop-off Location

We have a drive through window for you to pay your bill in person at our office address located at 665 FM 2453, Royse City, TX 75189. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. We also have a drop box located next to our drive through window. Payments dropped off after 4:30pm will be applied on the next days business and may accure a late fee if applicable.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments are mailed to BHP in the form of a check and may take up to seven or more business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
